Are you Strategic Assistant Staffing?
No. TopTier VA is an independent recruiting partner. We pre-screen candidates and refer successful ones to the SAS hiring team. SAS makes all hiring decisions.
Do I pay anything?
No. Applying and being referred is free. Never pay anyone for a job offer.
How much do the roles pay?
Current SAS openings post total monthly packages from PHP 23,000 (part-time, 20 hours/week) to PHP 40,000 (full-time, 40 hours/week), including allowances. Each role page lists the posted breakdown.
Are the jobs remote?
Yes, fully remote from anywhere in the Philippines.
What hours will I work?
Roles support US clients, so expect US business hours, which is usually night shift in the Philippines. Night differential applies where applicable.
What benefits are included?
Current postings list government-mandated benefits and HMO coverage after one year, plus allowances and a perfect attendance bonus.
What internet and PC do I need?
A stable wired or fibre connection (we suggest 25 Mbps+ download), a backup connection, and a PC with a modern processor and at least 8 GB RAM. Share your actual results in the form.
What documents will I need?
SAS postings ask for NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs/numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
How long until I hear back?
We aim to reply within a few working days. If you're referred, SAS contacts you about next steps.
