Privacy notice

TopTier VA ("we") is an independent recruiting partner. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you apply, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

What we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn URL, role preference, years of experience, your CV (PDF/DOCX), answers to skills questions, internet speed and PC specifications, plus technical data needed to prevent spam (IP address and submission time).

Why we collect it

To assess your fit for remote roles and, with your consent, to refer you to the Strategic Assistant Staffing (SAS) hiring team. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who we share it with

Only the SAS hiring team, and only if we refer you. SAS then handles your data under its own privacy policy. Our service providers (cloud hosting and email delivery) process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How we protect it

CVs are stored in private cloud storage, not on public URLs. Access is restricted to our password-protected review area. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your last application, so we can match you with future openings, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
