General VA - Lead Generation & CRM Support
Support a growing US home-services business with outreach (around 100 calls and emails a day), appointment setting and CRM upkeep.

- US client hours (usually night shift in PH)
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling or appointment setting
- Strong written and verbal English
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Jobber or similar)
- Comfortable with daily activity targets
- Nice to have: home services, real estate, US clients
- Reliable internet, backup connection and a capable PC
- Able to provide NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs/numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
Pay
PHP 23,000 / month total package
- Basic pay: PHP 19,000
- Meal allowance: PHP 1,500
- Perfect attendance bonus: PHP 2,000
- Night differential: 10%, as applicable
