Marketing & Operations VA
An executive-level VA role covering short-form video, social content, GoHighLevel pipelines and automations, client records and event coordination.

- US client hours (usually night shift in PH)
Requirements
- 3+ years as VA, EA, marketing coordinator or similar
- Experience with US-based clients
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (required)
- Short-form vertical video editing
- Canva or Adobe; SOP writing; comfortable with AI tools
- Reliable internet, backup connection and a capable PC
- Able to provide NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs/numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN.
Pay
PHP 23,000 / month total package
- Basic pay: PHP 19,000
- Meal allowance: PHP 1,500
- Perfect attendance bonus: PHP 2,000
- Night differential: 10%, as applicable
